Friday night I drove up to Kent to visit with Ben. After picking Ben up at his apartment, we headed on over to pick up Amanda at her dorm. There, we met John in the parking lot. The four of us went over to the Pufferbelly Restaurant for dinner. Amanda's friend Jessica, met us up there. She drove in from PA to spend the weekend with Amanda. It was a really fun evening.
Last night Ben and John came over to mom's last night along with Dan and Justin. What a nice night we had, sitting around talking and laughing. Jessica even came over too! Nights like this do not happen very often, so you take them when you can get them. What a fun night!
Tonight, Ben and John are coming over to visit with me, mom and Rich. We'll have dinner and chat and visit. I dont get to see them as often as I used to and enjoy the times we get together. The rest of the weekend will consist of studying for my final exam next week. One more class and I am done!!!!! I'll be off for 3 weeks and than I start up again for the summer quarter.

On Sunday, Don and I went for a ride in the metroparks and my bike finally bit the dust. After all, it is probably about 8 years old and it was an inexpensive bike that I bought at wal-mart---so it was time to get a new one. Last year we did a lot of bike riding and this year we already have done quite a bit. So---with that being said, on Monday I bought a new bike!!!! Last night Don and I started out about 7:30 pm and rode from his house, all the way down to Edgewater Park. All in all it was about a 15 mile bike ride. We didnt arrive back home until after 10:00 pm! Of course, we stopped, took a few pictures, and even stopped at a cafe and had a glass of wine on the way home. It was a fun evening and great exercise. We're planning a day bike trip in the near future.

On Friday, Don, mom, Rich and I went to see the broadway production of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Palace theatre. This was a gift for mom and Rich for Christmas. The show was awesome and the seats were great, as we purchased the tickets from Charisse. Here are some pics before the show.
On Saturday, we went to the Night at the Races sponsored by the Valley City Youth League.
Don and I are going to see RENT tonight at the Playhouse Square!! I cant wait!
This morning, mom, Rich and I headed down to Kent to meet Ben and Chelsea for breakfast. We met Tina, Joel and Zach there as well. It was nice to see that they are adjusting to their new life and having some fun too! Ben looks just a tad tired-while staying up till all hours of the night, hanging with friends. Today he was going to look for his classes, as tomorrow the first day of school officially begins!
